Room are ok, beds are like a board, bathrooms are tight - but the location is very beautiful. Giovanna and her friends are so friendly and open. We are really pleased to find that spot.
Can’t fault the extremely helpful and kind staff. They had arranged for some flowers to be left as a surprise for my partner without any issues. Breakfast was decent for the inclusive price. The rooms could do with some updating but we quite enjoyed the rustic building with its hints of Art Deco. Located close to the boat stops and local cafes, it’s ideal for the travellers whom want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Venice but stay within stopping distance.

Beach was close for a nice reflective walk, restaurants were close and served nice food. Boat terminal was just up the street perfect for a handy hop in to Venice or Murano etc. I had a wonderful time.
